On this evening I wanted to trickjump a bit. That's why I was trying to find a server. I finally found a tj server with my favorite map gammaland.
I try to connect myself and suddenly I read that :

Swear more, call them noobs, call them idiots - and you ain't gonna get shit to 'em - you will get only more people banned ;p

I learned how to deal with them.
Understand their rules - and work by those rules. Find an error in their thinking and use a lever according to their rules - they don't know what to do then ^^
Plus on other servers - just pwn their ass, till their call you hax. But never insult them - just make a screen - and post on their forum showing " Fun members behavior - calling people hax ".
That works ;p
