Recruitings or not?

I need your advice to know if we continue recruiting or not?

recruiting is good to grow up team, course, but when i see last recruitings (excepted Kg's :-P) who left few days after joined i hesitate.

maybe giving the AP longer for new arrivals?

Agree.

If someone is good ( I mean - good sniper and fun person etc. ) he may join, but as Gee said - we have to give longer AP period, to get to know these guys better and see if they really wanna be in 545.

And i prefer a rookie in snipe with a nice behaviour than those guys who come and leave as if they changed their suits :-D

Agree.
As far as I don't play scrims - I can teach guys how to binoc etc. So even if someone don't have a PRO skills ( ofcourse he must know some basics like scaving ), he should be able to join and train - those guys can be a really good players - they just have to learn. Best example? Me ;p When I joined Kg, I could only do the tweak style and scav..., and now? You know me XD
